Year after year, Gotes del Priorat develops into a natural wine without losing the identity of the classic Priorat. The cuvée oscillates between the Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah grape varieties, which are grown at altitudes between 280 and 370 meters. Red, chalky soils as well as slate form the basis for the vines, which are between 20 and 40 years old. Partial fermentation takes place with stalks, but in steel tanks. The wine is aged in foudres and used barrels that are three or older. Its fruit and freshness remain essential.

Dark cherry red with distinct violet reflections

Nose

The nose is beguiling and electrifying. Its fruit is wrapped in a cooling blanket. Blackberry, sweet cherry, barberry, and plum present themselves in their purest form. Raspberries provide a fresh, intense kick. Dark chocolate and licorice complement the balsamic nuances perfectly.
