Product description for Fidora Civranetta DOC Venezia Pinot Grigio Lignum 2022 (bio)
The grapes come from a single, biodynamically farmed vineyard located at the heart of the Civranetta winery, which has been operating without chemicals for almost 50 years. Here, there is no intervention, but rather a careful approach: hand-harvesting only the best batches, destemming, and maceration overnight in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation begins spontaneously with wild yeasts. The wine then ages on the full lees for ten months in 500-liter French oak barrels.
