Colour

Brilliant cherry red with a dark core and lighter rim, slightly cloudy.

Nose

An extremely dark Pinot Noir. Morello cherry, blackberry, raspberry, and sweet cherry are prominent. Red currant and raspberry trail slightly behind. Despite all the fruit, it manages to convey a stony and cool feeling. A delicate scent of lilac, violet, and pansy hangs in the air. Full of elegance, very soft and delicate. A touch of juniper and ground red pepper provide a pleasant and extremely harmonious spice.

Palate
