§1 Applicability to companies and definition of terms
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a customer in the version valid at the time of the order.
§2 Conclusion of a contract

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices stated include the statutory value added tax and other price components for deliveries to the EU (VAT 19%), Switzerland (VAT 8.1%) and Liechtenstein (VAT 8.1%). Prices for deliveries to the USA are stated excluding VAT. Shipping costs, if any, will be added. These amount to €7 per package of a maximum of 12 bottles for deliveries within Germany, excluding islands (free delivery from a purchase amount of €100, excluding islands), €15 per package of a maximum of 12 bottles for deliveries within the rest of the EU, excluding islands (free delivery from a purchase amount of €300, excluding islands), and €20 per package of a maximum of 12 bottles for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein (including duty and customs clearance fees, free delivery from a purchase amount of €300). Door-to-door delivery to the USA starts at €214 including all charges except duty and tax in the USA. Changes and errors excepted. Please refer to the separate page on shipping options for more details. We do not send transport boxes containing more than 12 bottles out of consideration for the health of the parcel delivery workers. Prices for delivery to German and EU islands will be communicated upon written request or after receipt of the order.
(2) Payments must be made in advance. The consumer undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. In this case, delivery takes place within 5 working days to addresses in Germany and within 10 working days to addresses in the rest of the EU, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. The deadline for delivery in the case of payment by bank transfer begins on the day after the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day. Delivery to the USA takes 8 to 12 weeks by ship and 2 to 4 weeks with air freight.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of a sale by dispatch. All deliveries are insured for damage or loss during transport to the full amount of the order.
§5 Retention of ownership
We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
