Colour

Light orange, bright and clear with slight cloudiness.

Nose

On the nose, all the aroma regulators of Hajszan Neumann’s Traminer Natural are pushed upwards: Bergamot forms the heart note, concentrically surrounded by citrus fruits, while kumquat defines the aromatic quality. Floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine in the mid-range are underpinned by a rich bass of pine resin and spruce shoots.

Palate

The aromas of the cuvée of 50% Red Traminer and 50% Yellow Traminer are reflected perfectly on the palate: Bitter oranges provide a citrusy, tart freshness with present bitter notes, which are absorbed by the sweet extract. Aromatically complex with mild acidity and a tightly laced tannin corsage, it has gentle roundness and on the palate is plump and juicy with a slightly tart finish.
