Colour

Dense, light cherry red with delicate, violet tones.

Nose

For a Ripasso, it has an unusually bright and stimulating aroma. Morello cherry, plum, and red currant appear alongside plenty of sour cherry. Blackberry and cassis influence us in the background. It subtly reveals its chocolatey side, paired with licorice. It has a balsamic effect thanks to juniper and pepper. Ethereal and dark: rosemary, thyme, and sage. Exciting in its composition and balance. Bloody and taut. The slate rock almost reminds us of southern Burgenland.

Palate

On the palate, it shows us exactly what the nose suggested. Freshness and character instead of sweet banality. A wine full of vibrancy and delicacy.
