Wine Information

The Pinot Noir grapes come from the winery’s own, organically farmed vineyards along the Ahr River. Bottling was carried out carefully and unfined.

Colour

Pink grapefruit.

Nose

What an invigorating aroma – pomegranate, raspberry, red fruit drops, garden herbs, fine pepper spice, and a hint of roses and violets.

Palate

On the tongue, it is fruity and alive with cool finesse and a mineral impression. A rosé you can practically bite into, with an exciting structure and a hint of rosehip and citrus in the long finish.
