Nose

The Rosé de Saignée Extra Brut impresses on the nose with an exuberant fruitiness. Wild raspberries, cassis, rose hips, and pickled sour cherries open the palate. With some oxygenation and increasing temperature, it gains expression, joining aromas of undergrowth, leather, and cedarwood, perfectly rounded off by refreshing vegetal aromas such as nettle, mint, and currant leaves.
