Wine Information

Biodynamic cultivation. The 17-year-old vines grow at an altitude of 600 meters in granitic and sandy soil. After hand-harvesting, fermentation takes place in steel tanks with wild yeasts, followed by aging in French barriques and foudres. Bottling takes place without filtration or stabilization. Total production amounts to 4,522 bottles.

Colour

Pale violet red with ruby reflections.

Nose

The 2021 Natural exudes the pure and natural fruit of blueberries, wild raspberries, cassis, and mulberries. Seductive floral hints of violets and rose petals are embedded in a carpet of wild herbs such as rosemary and thyme, as well as notes of boxwood and pine. A highly stimulating and invigorating start.

Taste

On the palate, it presents itself with freshness, pronounced minerality, youthful acidity, and fine-grained tannins. A truly invigorating red wine, both on its own and as an accompaniment to savoury comfort foods. Keep it natural! If possible, decant and serve slightly chilled.
