Nose

The Pinot de Diel Rosé Brut captivates the nose with aromas of small red wild strawberries and wild raspberries, combined with wild herbs, graphite, and a fine peppery note. A cool and aristocratic note with delicate iodine overtones prevails and wonderfully encompasses the aroma.

Palate

It has a pull on the tongue and is incredibly stimulating; saliva immediately begins to flow; it is clearly predestined not only as an aperitif but also as an accompaniment to fine dishes. The long finish flirts with freshness and a distinctive spiciness. A truly wonderful sparkling wine from the hands of Caroline and Sylvain.
