Color/Appearance

Elegant rosé with orange reflections/finely scattered and lively mousse.

Nose

The Pinot de Diel Rosé Brut captivates the nose with small red wild strawberries and wild raspberries, blending with wild herbs, graphite, and a subtle peppery note. A cool and aristocratic note with delicate iodine overtones prevails, wonderfully enveloping the aroma.

Palate

On the tongue, it has a pull and is incredibly stimulating; saliva immediately begins to flow; it is clearly predestined not only as an aperitif but also as an accompaniment to fine dishes. The long finish flirts with freshness and a distinctive spiciness. A truly wonderful sparkling wine from the hands of Caroline and Sylvain.
