This wine comes from the young vineyards of Pfersigberg and Clos de la Faille.

Maturation information

Fermentation takes place spontaneously with 15% whole grapes in wooden barrels, the proportion of new wood amounts to 15%.

Colour

Sparkling garnet red with violet reflections.

Nose

The 2019 Pinot Noir from Albert Mann is a fragrant seducer; Sweet wild raspberries, sour cherries, warm blackberry pie, vanilla, and milk chocolate combine with graphite notes, wild rosemary, distinct wild mint, and dark blossoms. Upon exposure to oxygen, smoky and earthy notes emerge from the skillful and subtle use of wood.
