Nose
On the nose, the 2024 Grüner Veltliner conveys tremendous freshness and juiciness, reminiscent of apple, apple cider, pear, and quince. Fine floral notes of linden, yarrow, and chamomile, underpinned by a delicate yeast note, beautifully round out the overall picture. Even on the nose, it’s noticeable that this is a fresh and stimulating companion.
Palate
The taste is no less refreshing—we encounter plenty of bright, yellow fruit, which combines with a stimulating piquancy in the finish. The moderate alcohol content of 11% vol. further enhances its flow. A wine for uncomplicated enjoyment, even with food.
