Information about the Winery

In 2002, Steffen and Daniela Mugler took over the Schädler winery in Maikammer. The business was modernized, preserving the family-run structure and converting to organic-biodynamic farming. For the Muglers, the rhythm of nature is paramount, starting with the foundation of all life: the soil. Strengthening the vines in the spirit of a natural circular economy is the prerequisite for the best harvest for the best wines. From harvest to aging, all steps are carried out by hand.

Color

Light yellow with distinct silvery reflections and delicate green notes.

Nose

The cuvée of Scheurebe and Cabernet Blanc presents itself fragrantly and florally on the nose, with notes of passion fruit, cassis, nettle, and wild mint, along with spicy notes of lemon pepper. It immediately puts you in the mood for the first sip and the summer temperatures.

Palate

On the tongue, the exotic fruit pairs with a subtle spice and a refreshing note, without being overly acidic. A perfect summer and party wine, enjoyed in large quantities on its own, or with snacks and refreshing dishes.
