Chardonnay 38%, Welschriesling (Graševina, Riesling Italico, Olaszrizling, Laški rizling, Rizling Vlašský, Rizling Rýnsky) 62%.

Vineyard Information

The grapes were hand-picked on September 29th, pressed, and fermented with natural yeasts. Welschriesling whole-bunch fermented in amphorae, pressed, and aged in 500-liter barrels. Chardonnay whole-bunch pressed, fermented, and aged in old NUMEN barrels. No fining, no filtration, only 1.4g of residual sugar.

Color

Cloudy golden yellow.

Nose

The 2022 Parcellaire Blanc has a compact and intense aroma of pear, quince, yeast, almonds, pale blossoms, grasses, and herbs. It offers a wonderful density and juicy fullness, making you eager to immerse yourself in this wine.

Palate

On the palate, it reveals itself with juicy fullness, plenty of grip, and a salty length. A wine with beautiful presence that demands a carafe and is a true delight even on its own. With the right food, it comes to life and offers a feast for the senses. A magnificent wine!
