The 2020 VIGNAdiMILO bianco is an exceptional white wine with aromas of apple peel, quince, quince jelly, oranges, orange zest, verbena, and dried meadow flowers. Aromas of toasted white bread and salted almonds, along with the scent of sea breeze and mussel shells, skillfully round out the complex aromatic spectrum.
Palate
The palate of the 2020 VIGNAdiMILO bianco is challenging and stimulating thanks to its refreshing acidity, which is well embedded in the creamy texture of the wine. Distinct salty hints and roasted notes underscore its powerful character and invite you to take another sip. A wine that requires a bit of work and that seems to constantly transform after a few days of opening. Even without food, it’s a wine that awakens a longing for the sea and Sicily.
