100% Saint Laurent grown on mica schist.
Vinification
Hand-picked in early September, whole-bunch pressing, and spontaneous fermentation.
Color
Cloudy apricot, fine foam.
Nose
The 2023 Oh, when the Saints Petit Nat has a juicy aroma of mirabelle plums, oranges, ripe apples, wine yeast, and ginger. With a little oxygen, aromas of blossoms, hay, and a hint of anise emerge. An invigorating drinking pleasure is announced.
Palate
Juicy, with a delicate fruit sweetness and a creamy texture, it presents itself on the tongue. The invigorating citrus fruit and yeasty freshness, accompanied by a zesty tannin structure, are particularly stimulating here. It’s a lot of fun on its own and goes perfectly with snacks. Also because of the low alcohol content of only 10.5% vol., you’ll definitely not just have one glass!
