Die 2023er Variante des Habla de Ti… Rosé basiert auf den Rebsorten Grenache Noir, Cinsault und Syrah. Dieser neue Wein der Bodega ist von den Aromen und Eindrücken des Frühlings inspiriert. Klassischer Ausbau und eine gewisse Reife auf der Feinhefe sind seine Basis. Ein Rosé im Einstiegssegment, der Freude und Leichtigkeit vermitteln möchte. . Its expressiveness, fresh and aromatic, elegantly intertwines fruity notes with delicate floral nuances. The citrus notes are powerful and persist, with hints of red fruit (mainly currant) and a marked acidity that our rosé it´s lovely freshness. Among the floral aromas we find lavender, rose petals, poppies and other seasonal flowers. This new rosé is a powerful invitation; perfect to celebrate life, love and friendship with a touch of class. Farbe

Intensiv leuchtendes Lachsrosa mit hellen Reflexen

Nase

Die äußerst mediterrane Cuvée dieses Rosé versetzt einem optisch wie auch aromatisch eine provenzalische Täuschung. Die Nase reicht von reichlich Frucht hinzu etherischer Würze mit floralen Akzenten. Schwarze Johannisbeere, Himbeere, Sauerkirsche und ein Hauch Erdbeere wissen zu überzeugen. Lavendel, getrockneter Thymian und Salbei sorgen für mediterrane Akzente. Auch ein Hauch von Pinienhainen samt trockenem, lehmigen Boden kommt mir dabei in den Sinn. Blüten von Mandel, Hortensie aber auch Anklänge von Rose machen sich breit.

Gaumen

Dem Hable de Ti.. Rosé gelingt es sehr gut, diese Eindrücke auf den Gaumen zu übertragen. Er lebt von Frucht und Leichtigkeit. Die Frucht deckt sich mit den Eindrücken der Nase. Er wirkt fruchtig intensiv, doch keineswegs schwerfällig. Angenehme Bitterstoffe sorgen zudem für animierende Elemente. Mit reichlich Charme weiß er zu überzeugen. Er zeigt sich weich und zugänglich. Die Frucht wird dabei immer heller. Die floralen und etherischen Nuancen wirken sehr dezent, aber wohl dosiert am Gaumen nach.
