Nose
The 2023 Pinot Rosé Brut presents itself with an extremely elegant nose: small red berries, vineyard peach, almonds, hazelnuts, a hint of vanilla foam, chervil, and ivy.
A highly invigorating rosé sparkling wine, full of subtlety and finesse, yet with plenty of depth. It’s wonderful to see how it manages to achieve a completely unctuous finish.
Palate
The precise and refined attack is salty, slender, and with an invigorating perlage. The fine berries combine with spice and grip; herbal and fruity aromas reemerge in the long finish; an extremely fresh and elegant rosé sparkling wine and a perfect food companion.
