The vineyards for the Pinot Grigio are located in the historic part of the winery: Tenuta Civranetta. These wines grow near the Venetian Lagoon. The vines grow on Caranto, a Pleistocene soil. The entire cultivation and vinification follows Demeter guidelines.

Colour

Clear lemon yellow with light reflections.

Nose

What intense fruit nuances flow from the glass! Passion fruit, grapefruit, and gooseberry stand out from the potpourri. Cantaloupe melon, pear, and white peach form the second tier. Numerous light and yellow blossoms provide soothing, soft elements and raise the elegance even higher. Subtle, yeasty nuances surround the nose at the back, adding accents in the form of almond and butterscotch, albeit very subtly.

Palate

On the palate, it follows seamlessly with the nose. The fruit is intense with a tropical touch. It appears soft and delicate. The floral and yeasty aromas ensure a melting texture as well as plenty of elegance. Jasmine and almond blossom leave their mark sensationally. With very mild acidity, it appears soft and soothing on the palate. A very delicate bitterness flatters the palate enormously positively at the end.
