Domaine Rougeot Père & Fils in Meursault was founded by Henri Rougeot and comprises almost 13 hectares in prime locations in Meursault, Monthélie, St. Romain, Pommard, and Volnay. Today, it is run by the fourth generation, Pierre-Henri and his father Marc. The two took their first steps toward organic farming in 2012, and they applied for conversion in 2017. The domaine has been fully certified organic since 2020 and is in the process of converting to biodynamics with the 2021 vintage.
