Wine Information

In the Grand Cru Rangen vineyard, the cultivation of the Gewürztraminer grape is not a given! The influence of the altitude and the cold valley in late winter/early spring can delay bud break, and flowering can be problematic. For this reason, the two small Gewürztraminer vineyards are located directly above the Thur River below the Clos Saint-Urbain.
