Slightly cloudy golden yellow with silvery reflections.

Nose

An abundance of wild herbs, piquant and tart, wafts from the glass: nettle, wild mint, yarrow, and cassis leaf mingle with grapefruit, lime, and kumquat. A cool, characterful Sauvignon style that is distinctive, invigorating, and permeated with freshness.

Palate

This cool and fresh style continues on the tongue of the 2023 Lime and Loess Sauvignon Blanc. Plenty of citrus fruit pairs with the herbs of the nose, stimulating with every sip. A tart, fruity palate opener and a perfect accompaniment to fine herbal dishes! Each sip will leave you wanting more.
