Sparkling golden yellow with light elements

Nose

Ripe and warm on the nose. Typical of a Mediterranean white wine. Ripe in the sense of intensely fruity. It loudly presents stone fruit in the form of mirabelle plum, apricot, and peach. Orange, grapefruit, and blood orange fluctuate between fruitiness, tart accents, and fresh elements. Added to this are abundant orange blossoms and apple blossoms in the background. Overripe khaki has a comforting and warming effect. Fennel seed, star anise, and clove add intense spice. White pepper adds light accents. There are very few herbal aromas. Dried marjoram and oregano. Very delicate bready nuances emerge later on.

Palate

On the palate, it appears very balanced. It is neither broad nor fruity. Its compact and dense mouthfeel reveals itself with positive bitterness. Robust and distinctive. An honest wine. The fruity aromas cling wonderfully to the bitterness, creating a continuous contrast. Bitter orange, citrus fruits in general, and floral aromas are repeatedly evident. It has hardly any acidity and yet manages to present itself excitingly. Its finish is rather gentle and not overly lingering.
