Bright golden yellow with the finest perlage and pleasant mousse.

Nose

Full of elegance and tranquility, it builds slowly in the glass. On this path, it winds its way through various aromatic groups. Initially, one finds fine pastries and butterscotch alongside abundant almonds. Fresh and cool, quince and Williams pear follow. It conveys depth through the nuances of sea spray and fresh oyster shell alongside Passe Pierre seaweed. Its chalky background is noticeably perceptible and distinctive. Parsley, lemon thyme, and chervil provide contrast and ethereal accents.

Palate

With the first sip, it underlines the impressions gained from the nose. It thrives on a well-measured, effervescent perlage, characterized by the finest bubbles. Its mouthfeel is dense and grippy. It is characterized by very good balance and plenty of elegance. Its length is very good on the palate. It seems to never end. Aromatically, it is driven by citrus aromas. Mandarin, a hint of lime, and especially Meyer lemon are key. Almond and yeasty nuances emerge in the second row of the finish.
