Another cuvée that’s now being bottled separately is the 2022 Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Corbeaux, a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and ample wine that’s layered and textural, evocative of cherries, wild berries, smoke and dark chocolate. This terroir, located in between the village itself and the Mazis-Chambertin, sometimes produces somewhat rustic wines, but that certainly isn’t the case here.
