Description
You can already guess it from the name: Terroir Sense Fronteres is the Montsant project of Terroir al Limit. Montsant is named after the Montsant mountain range that overlooks the entire area. The high-altitude Montals vineyard, where the top cuvée Guix Vermell is made, borders on Les Manyes of Terroir al Limit in Priorat, except that it is on the other side of the appellation border. The entry-level cuvées come from Capçanes. The vineyards of Montsant are not characterised by Llicorella slate, but rather by gypsum, lime, and partly red clay. Although the project was founded by Dominik A. Huber, it is mainly Tatjana Peceric, his oenologist, who is responsible for it. She also produces her series called Coreografia there. As with Terroir al Limit, here, too, wood is dispensed with and concrete is used instead in order to bring terroir, juiciness, and freshness into the glass in as unadulterated a way as possible.
Free yourself from the convenient tyranny of other people’s tasting notes! We encourage you to find out about the wines from the producers themselves by visiting their website.
