Information

This wine is perhaps a unique blend, as it is a mixed set of Vermentino and Riesling from a young vineyard, fermented together and aged in cement.

Colour

Medium yellow with light green reflections

Nose

The Pianveccio 2023 is fragrant with notes of fenugreek, chamomile, and honeysuckle. There are also notes of hay and various fruits from the local orchard, as well as a hint of lemon and zest.

Palate

Both on the nose and on the palate, this is a bright, aromatic, floral wine with fresh acidity, a sensual texture, and a hint of chalky tannin. With some time in the glass, it develops well, and the slightly pithy fruit becomes more voluptuous. At the same time, the linear acidity is maintained.
