× ALTITUDE 135 meters
× VINE AGE Massal selection planted from 1977 by Denise and Geo Tarlant; and Micheline and Jean-Mary Tarlant, 10th and 11th generations.
× FARMING Minimum soil disturbance, shallow ploughing under the rows and natural grass cover in between the rows. Herbotherapy treatments, Chablis pruning with Poussard method. Green manure or organic fertilizers.
× VINTAGE CLIMATE 2011 was a turbulent year. The spring was so dry that it led to an early harvest, even though the summer throughout July and August, was extremely cool!
