The grapes for this sparkling wine come from the higher vineyards of the winery; it was aged on the lees for 30 months.

Sparkling golden yellow, lively and broadly scattered perlage.

The 2019 Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature smells of red berries, herbs, and plenty of stony and cool minerality. A winey and multifaceted work of art.

A salty intensity spreads across the tongue and tempts you to have a second glass. Fantastic sparkling wine when paired with savoury dishes.
