The Bruno is an undergorged Petillant Naturel from Martin, Andreas, and Lydia Nittnaus and is named after the house dog. 100% Blaufränkisch is fermented in the bottle to create this dry, everyday sparkling wine for every occasion.

Colour

Pomegranate red, transparent with a silky-matt opacity.

Nose

Cherries, pomegranate seeds, and plums outline the fruity, joyful nose of the 2022 Bruno PetNat from Nittnaus. Flawless and crystal-clear in its aromatic expression, it is underpinned by delicate yeast notes and slightly tart notes reminiscent of rose hips or hops.

Palate

Juicy and boozy on the first sip, this is not a drink of big words, but of big sips, because Bruno wants to be sipped. The finely bubbly mousse and the tart phenolic flavour help to accelerate the swallowing of this more than cheerful, fruity, tart PetNat without flaws. A real boozy drink!
