Information about the sparkling wine

100 percent Grillo from 30-year-old vines, grown in Contrada Samperi near Marsala.

Information about the aging

Cool pre-fermentation, followed by direct, gentle pressing of the whole grapes. 80 percent of the grapes are fermented in stainless steel and 20 percent in oak barrels. Tirage is carried out with Grillo sweet must. Aging sur lattes for at least 18 months. Minimum sulphur dosage of 5 mg/l.

Colour/Appearance

Cloudy golden yellow with delicate copper-coloured inclusions, finely bubbled mousse.

Nose

The nose of Terzavia Brut Nature is exceptionally complex and fine. Crumbly yellow apple, underpinned by fragrant blossoms, yeast, honey, and a hint of vanilla foam, combine with distinct smoky notes, sea breeze, and mussel shells. The more air it gets, the more complex it reveals itself.

Palate

Juicy, with a stimulating, creamy, and charming perlage, it indulges the palate with delicate iodine and finely spicy inclusions. A highly stimulating companion. Its piquant finish whets the appetite for small delicacies in the form of antipasti. The aftertaste immediately makes you want another glass.
