Description
Louise Brison is the great-grandmother of the current owner, Delphine Brulez, and founded a champagne estate at a time when (except for the widow Clicquot) women in this business were highly unusual. Delphine is proud to carry on this tradition and is a passionate winemaker. As a biologist, it is almost a matter of course For her to work ecologically, which she has been doing since 2012. The first certified vintage is 2020. The 13-hectare vineyard is located in the small village of Noé les Mallets on the Côte de Bar. On the calcareous-marly Kimmeridge soils, Del-phine grows mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay being her favorite. In the cellar, Delphine relies on time. The base wines are aged in barriques, and the champagnes are aged for a long time on the lees before they are released.
