Product description for La Soufrandière Pouilly-Vinzelles Climat “Les Quarts” Cuvée Millerandée AOC 2022 (bio)Since the younger generation took over the domaine, founded by their paternal grandfather in 1947, in 2000, the winery has experienced a steep and steady upward trend. The numerous accolades from the international wine press impressively confirm this development. Immediately after their launch, the young Bret brothers switched to organic and biodynamic farming and have been certified organic since 2006. They recently acquired five hectares of vineyards in various locations, all of which were already certified organic. Jean-Guillaume and Jean Philipe Bret remain constantly on the ball, constantly present in the vineyard, and leave nothing to chance. Their wines are therefore characterized by absolute reliability of the highest quality. All wines undergo malolactic fermentation and are very mineral and precise.
