Wine Information

This wine, made from Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Tempranillo (30%), and Syrah (30%), comes from Extremadura. When it comes to wine, the region is often overshadowed by other Spanish regions. What is often overlooked is that Extremadura has a millennia-old winemaking tradition and, with 81,000 hectares, currently has the third-largest vineyard area of all Spanish regions. Bodegas Habla is one of the most renowned producers in Extremadura. This red wine was fermented in steel tanks and then aged for 8 months in French barriques.

Nose

The wine reveals clear cherry fruit blended with sweet wood notes. With increasing exposure to air, the latter fade into the background, and the nose becomes noticeably more attractive and sensual.

Palate

On the palate, Habla del Silencio feels juicy and fleshy. The fine-grained tannins provide the necessary grip. The wine has weight, but is not heavy. Overall, it is a fresh, well-structured red wine whose fruit and wood aromas are beautifully balanced. The finish is medium-length. This wine offers high quality for a reasonable price.
