Colour/Appearance

Cloudy mauve colour with lively fizz.

Nose

Wonderfully fragrant opening with fruity notes of sour cherries, wild raspberries, cassis, and rosehip. Delicately tart notes of sloe and rowanberry are accompanied by wild herbs and a hint of tree bark and mushrooms.

Palate

On the palate, the 2023 Purist Pétillant Naturel Rosé is extremely invigorating, tartly fruity, and pleasantly dry. It’s wonderful to drink on its own; the bottle will empty faster than you think. Ingenious pairings with delicious snacks are a real treat.
