Product description for Foradori Sgarzon Teroldego Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2021 (bio)Christoph Raffelt: The sweet yeastiness of this still-young Sgarzon is also evident on the palate. Partly red, but primarily dark and silky fruit blends in. The texture is also silky, reminiscent of a layer of burnt clay, so typical of Tinaja aging. Everything appears clear, pure, refined, and juicy, with lively acidity and a truly sparkling minerality. The fruit darkens progressively in the finish, but remains crisp and fresh, accompanied by bitter tobacco, which was also present in the aroma.
