Product description for Flo Busch Pierre qui Rolle VdF 2023 (bio)
Originally, Florian Busch and his brother Johannes had the idea of somehow taking on a leading role in their parents’ winery in Pünderich on the Moselle. But Florian found his love in the Languedoc and, together with Paola Ponsich, founded Domaine Flo Busch in 2018. The winery is located in Jonquières in the Hérault department. The terroir is largely characterized by limestone gravel as a base, with a smaller portion of limestone marl, on which the couple currently cultivate 8 hectares of Grenache Blanc and Grenache Rouge, Vermentino, Carignan, and Syrah. The vineyards are already certified or are in the process of converting to organic viticulture.
