Marian Henß:This interplay of (fruit) sweetness and acidity continues on the palate. Juicy and fleshy, it offers a full-bodied taste experience. Delicate tannins complement the taut acidity very well. Both elements suggest considerable ageing potential. This wine progresses in large sips. The sour cherry clearly characterizes the aromatic aftertaste. Some cedarwood and sage, along with light smoky nuances, complement the final moments.
