Nose

The 2021 Côtes du Rhône Petit Ours impresses with a pronounced fruitiness reminiscent of blackcurrants, cherries, and sloe. In addition to this pronounced fruitiness, we encounter refreshing herbal notes of Provence and a peppery spice. The overall picture is accompanied by a complex and multifaceted minerality.

Palate

On the palate, it presents itself as a Syrah with finesse, which is sophisticated and at the same time offers great drinking pleasure. Thanks to its stimulating tannin and acid structure, its lightness makes it suitable for any table slightly chilled, where it provides great drinking pleasure with French-inspired cuisine.
