Colour/Appearance

Brilliant golden yellow/fine and broadly scattered perlage, dense foam head.

Nose

The Pinot de Diel Brut smells of pear, quince, and citrus fruits, with subtle and elegant notes of white bread, roasted almonds, and salted butter. A fine minerality hovers over everything, allowing a fantastic depth to shine through.

Palate

With lively freshness, a distinct citrus note, and invigorating carbonation, it enters the palate, seducing and enlivening the senses. Caroline and Sylvain have conjured up a juicy yet seductively fresh sparkling wine. A perfect aperitif and companion to elegant and refined cuisine.
