Nose

The Champagne Cuvée des Caudalies by de Sousa captivates the nose with a compact and densely woven minerality. Only after prolonged opening and sufficient oxygen exposure does it reveal its complex aroma. Exotic fruits such as mango, kumquat, and star fruit greet you, as well as dried fruits, honey, glazed almonds, vanilla, cinnamon, and ginger. The whole is given a refreshing touch by notes of citrus and elderflower.
