Radiant lemon yellow with light and green reflections

Nose

The nose is pleasantly reserved and shy to elegant. Its stony and cool elements are particularly prominent. A touch of flint and salted popcorn are convincing. Mirabelle plum and quince can be discovered discreetly. Apricot tart and cream slice reveal themselves only to the patient explorer. It seems enormously sublime and stands above things. The fruit component is now more reminiscent of dried apricots and appears dark. The fruit, especially in perception, becomes increasingly less noticeable. Only a little lemon zest, complemented by fresh ginger, spreads out. Fennel, coriander seeds, and a hint of anise now appear. Lemon balm and lemon thyme come around the corner as if on cue.

Palate

On the palate, it seamlessly follows the impressions gained. It enters the stage full of presence and radiance. The yellow fruit is wonderfully balanced and is repeatedly counteracted by peaks of acidity. The impression of popcorn is confirmed, as is the fine interplay of fruit extract and abundant salty nuances. This is enormously concise and animating. It paves its way with plenty of edge. It gives you plenty of energy along the way and knows how to convince you even long aftertaste. The fine aromas of herbs and restrained vegetal notes build steadily here. Above all, however, it is chalky and smoky with a hint of lemon zest.
