Description
The Domaine Chavy-Chouet is located in Meursault. The 15-hectare vineyard, which has been run by Romaric Chavy since 2006, has a portfolio of sites that is quite impressive. The best plots in Meursault, Puligny- Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Volnay, and Pommard are used by Romaric Chavy to produce wines in a clear and unadulterated style. Fresh, precise, linear white wines characterised by minerality stand next to clearly structured, powerful, and at the same time fruity and finessed red wines.
