Product description for Chandon de Briailles Corton Grand Cru blanc, Sans Sulfites Ajouté AOC 2021 (bio)The Chandon de Briailles winery in Savigny les Beaune is run by siblings Claude and François de Nicolay. François oversees the vineyards and sales, while Claude reigns supreme in the cellar. The estate owns prime parcels of land in Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, such as Aloxe-Corton and Corton-Charlemagne. They are convinced that great terroir wines can only be produced through biodynamic farming, which they have practiced since 2005. Although the various vineyards are not far apart, they differ significantly in soil and climate. Their primary goal is to bring out these distinct characters and showcase them perfectly. They succeed in doing so impressively. All of their wines possess depth and complexity, and above all, a great deal of individuality.
