Nose

Warm and intense fruit flows from the glass. Blackberry, plum, morello cherry, and sweet cherry. Plum and cassis follow immediately. Sloe and barberry provide it with rather unusual aromas. Dark chocolate and licorice are more typical representatives of grape varieties at these latitudes. Leather, pepper, and juniper complement these brilliantly. Hibiscus and violet lend it a certain elegance. Dates and dried figs appear inviting and generous in the background. Full of earthiness, it also offers us some thyme and sage.

Palate
