Wine Information

The grapes come from the historic Valpolicella Classico zones of Marano and Fumane and grow on clay and limestone. They were fermented with wild yeasts.

Color

Sparkling violet-red with garnet-red highlights towards the rim.

Nose

The 2021 Valpolicella Ripasso Malavoglia smells of sweet sour cherry juice, pickled blueberries, cassis, lavender, and violets. Equally charming impressions are conveyed by the aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, and nougat chocolate. A hint of eucalyptus and mint lends it a fresh touch.

Palate
