Old clones of the Trebbiano and Garganega grapes grown in Marano di Valpolicella.

Nose

The aroma of the 2023 Bianco del Casal is characterized by a beguiling exoticism: honeydew melon, pineapple, orange, bright flowers, blossom honey, sweet grapes, and white nougat combine with anise and candied ginger. Added to this are notes of crispy baguette with salted butter, dried apricots, and vanilla foam.

Palate

On the tongue, it unfolds with plenty of juiciness and fruit, distinct fruit sweetness, invigorating acidity, and fine tannins. A truly complex wine, with skillful use of wood and spicy length.
