Nose

The 2022 Bouzeron Aligoté presents itself puristic and understated on the nose, with aromas of apple, pear, lemon zest, hay, and almonds. With some oxygenation, herbal notes and wet stone emerge. A delicate and precise aroma that rests within itself.

Palate

I always look forward to this pure and so original wine. Freshly opened, it impresses with fine apple and citrus fruit, pleasant spiciness, and a taste that transports you directly to France and the sea. An excellent “vin de soif” with a sophisticated touch. Perfect with bistro cuisine inspired by France.

The 2023 Bouzeron has a vivacious nose that boldly declares, “I am Aligoté!” The palate is well balanced with a keen line of acidity and beautiful weight in the mouth, featuring hints of lemon curd, white peach and Anjou pear toward the poised finish. You’ll find few Bouzerons better than this.
