Colour

Dark plum red with slight cloudiness and light mousse as well as light reflections.

Nose

The nose is wild and spicy. Wild strawberry, red currant, sour cherry, and blueberry dominate. Fresh plums interact very skillfully with cinnamon and clove. Oregano, sage, and thyme—both fresh and dried—give it depth and freshness. In nuances, it also reveals white pepper and freshly chopped conifers. Pine and pine needles are also noticeable. Ethereal, resinous, and spicy. The fruit becomes increasingly darker and earthier over time.
